12 x 12 Canvas “LOVE” Frame

March7

I made this beautiful canvas frame at my uplines, Cindy Baker’s consultant club.
That’s my beautiful daughter Danielle and my son-in-law Dustin. Jada’s Mommy and Daddy!
Made with our Veranda papers and embellished with our Filigree Charms that I painted, you can get this look too!

Book a gathering and I will teach you how to make these cool flowers!

Paper Flowers Embellished Card

March4

I love making these paper flowers. Inspired by Donna Salazar, I am on a paper flower roll!

Here is a close up side view…

I made my own homemade shimmer spritz using 50% CREATE-A-SHADE™ PEARL PAINT, 50% Alcohol, reinkers (pick your color and the intensity of the shade you want, add drops accordingly) and a drop of white glue. I used an empty stamp cleaner spritzer bottle for my batch of sparkley fun!

I love our “Top Stitch” paper pack, our crocheted flowers, and our oddles of felt! Order some today!

Close To My Heart Leadership

August4

All I can say is WOW!!! To all my supportive Close to My Heart peers and friends, THANK YOU!  I was just awarded the prestigious "Spirit of Close To My Heart" award! My friends and family kept this a big secret from me and I had no clue!  Not only did I receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a lovely crystal heart statue, my family there to surprise me and a video of my 18 years with the company, but I also received a generous check that will be just the shot in the arm I need toward my goal of owning my own home!  WOW!

Also…My donation that I made for the Operation Smile auction brought in enought to pay for one operation! That means that a child will have this life changing surgery from this one piece of artwork! How awesome is that!!!  We raised over $5,000 for Operation Smile! A special thanks to my friend, Joanne Walton for making this event possible!

This was my project I donated-an interchangable 18 x 24 canvas.  The photos can be swapped out to personalize it!

And here is my team having dinner together at CPK the first night!

Sorry Jenn, Tina, Shannon, Kay and you other busy girls that missed it!

My Inspiration Institute team ROCKS!

Did we have fun or what????

My buds and uplines, Debbie Fornier and Cindy Baker

My fellow spirit sistah, Sue Laufer

The fun Miss Tina Sutton, who won the most awards at Leadership! Congrats girlfriend!

Our President, Jeanette Lynton and our Vice-President, Monica Wihongi having too much fun!

My friend forever.  Full of grace and love, Jeanette.

Thank you my sweet friend…for everything, hugs, bren

Cupcake Trio

February19

Are these not the cutest little cupcakes you’ve ever seen???  Just pull up on the cherries to reveal the hidden gift card.  WARNING:  Do not eat (the hot glue is a gagger).  Karen, Caroline and I had such a fun late night moment…here are the fruits of our labor…

Cupcakes created with our new Daydream papers, Just Blooms Big Pinks, Chocolate Cardstock and assorted Ribbons.  The Cherry is a painted and glittered bead topped with a REAL cherry stem. Good enought to eat! (but don’t go there)

Inspired by kindred spirits, Linda Albrecht and Tresa Black

Altered Rolodex

February5

Here is a fun way to store names and addys, birthday, Christmas card lists, and customers lists…this is a standard rolodex from Office Depot.  They also sell the punch to cut the tabs on the bottom! Add foo-fi-la-la and you’re done.  Of course if you are making a Christmas file, then you have to add Foo-fi-fa-la-la-la!

Quick and Easy Valentine Treats

February2

 Easy peasy!

Make a bunch of these lollies to hand out!

You can’t see it in the photo but they have leaves too and I used floral tape on the stem.  I bought cherry tootsie pops at Big Lots for $1 a Bag and they had the pink flower pot candle holder for $1.  Breast Cancer Pink M&M’s from Target (on sale of course, with a coupon even better and I used Close to my Heart’s Just Blooms paper flowers and leaves.  You could also take apart big silk flowers or cut them out of paper.
